Begin your day at the Olde Fashioned Fourth of July in Downtown Apex with numerous activities fitting kids of all ages. Let your kids try the climbing wall or impress you with their singing skills with karaoke by Skid Rowe. With various inflatables and even a giant slide, the morning of Fourth of July can be spent playing and experiencing all the celebration has to offer.

At noon, relax and have fun in Uncle Sam’s Parade of Wheels! Kids can decorate their bicycles or scooters–anything non-motorized–and participate in the parade. This is a wonderful way to encourage creativity and let kids celebrate their patriotism. Remember, helmets are required. After the parade, the Apex Fire Department will host the Splash Down, a thrilling way to cool off from the heat of the day.
